So, how are my fellow "losers" doing?
I’m OK, I was acutally UP 2lbs this week (waaaah) I think b/c I ate salty food for dinner last night and drank virtually no water yesterday (though I drank a ton of Crystal Light iced tea, but it’s not really the same).
But I was good with food all week and did my 4x at the gym and am doing same this week so hopefully I will have better news to report next week!
How about you ladies, how’s everyone doing? Give us an update!

I’m up too…despite going to the gym 3 days last week and *trying* to eat healthy. I suppose it’s time to get serious! My food has been pretty good so far today, and I will have an hour of kickboxing tonight. Time to get on that "no excuses" diet/workout plan! 😉

I have been staying in the same 3 pound range, not gaining more, or less but I really think I am building muscle. My FI notices a change in my hips and legs he thinks I may have lost at least an inch or 2 there.

I’m still only down 13lbs… I know it is an accomplishment but I have a long ways to go! I need to add in more exercise I think.. I have stayed the same for 2 weeks in a row..

Haha. It’s not that I’m doing horribly, but it’s a bit hard for me to gauge my progress when my scale was broken in a recent move and I quit my gym (also due to the move, just a temporary thing!)
I’ve been reeeally good about watching/counting calories though (ok that might be exaggerating but normally I never do it and now I pay quite close attention) and have been making an active effort to furnish my kitchen with healthier foods. I eat fruit for breakfast, and bring hummus or yogurt for a snack at work and try to keep my lunch around 500 cals. I’ve kicked the yummy but oh-so-unhealthy Haagen Daz outta my freezer and replaced it with the delish Weight Watchers ice cream sandwiches.
My only mistake was gorging on pizza after a 5-mile hike because I was starving. Whoopsie.
