How’s everyone doing this week? I am delighted to report that I am down 3lbs. this week!
I was going to take a bellydancing class today (my trainer said it would be great for toning / strengthening core muscles) but I pulled a muscle in my back in my Aqua Fit class Saturday morning and it still hurts a lot, so I think I’m going to skip it. I’ll be out of town on vacation next Monday but the following week I will try that class.
Meanwhile I recorded "Shimmy" from Fit TV so if I feel up to it later in the week I may try some bellydancing on my own first.
Enough babbling from me, how’s everyone else doing?
