I’m late with this thread this week but wanted to check in and see how everyone was doing this week! I was down 1.5lbs when I weighed in on Monday morning. That was the high point for me, but then I had to skip the gym the other night to take a friend to dinner for a birthday (we went to sushi so I had carbs after lunch ) and then yesterday I fell off the wagon a bit by having 2 mini cupcakes (birthday) and a late night snack of a slice of cheese and a fist full of bagged popcorn (shockingly fattening!)
Oh well, I’m back on plan today and I’ll be hitting the gym on Sunday (my usual day off) to make up for missing last night. Plus I have my session with my personal trainer tonight so I’m sure he’ll kick my butt!
