A few days late but wanted to check in with all my fellow "losers".
I was down 2.5lbs this week, BUT had been up 2lbs last week so really just down .5lbs. But hey, I’ll take it! Especially after a holiday weekend
Speaking of which on July 4th we had the urge to go out and get a cheeseburger, onion rings and shakes. We did – BUT, we walked about 45 minutes each way to get it! It was nice to be able to enjoy a decadant meal with minimal guilt.
