  • Wedding: March 2013 - Callanwolde Fine Arts Center

We provided all of the alcohol and mixers for our bar and the caterer provided the two bartenders. We had around 180 guests and we spent about $2000 for the alcohol/mixers and $600 for the bartenders.

We had a ton of wine, a lot of mixers, and some half empty liquor bottles, but not much else left over. We were able to return all of the unopened mixers and my parents decided to keep the left over wine.

What we bought:

Beer: Yuengling Lager, Sweetwater 420, Blue Moon, Shiner Bock, Sierra Nevada Torpedo (408 bottles total)

Wine: Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay (20 bottles each)

Liquor: Silver Rum (3x 1.75L), Spiced Rum(2x 1L), Tequila (3x 1.75L), Vodka (5x 1.75L), Gin (3x 1.75L), Scotch (2x 1L), Bourbon (3x 1.75L)

Mixers: Club Soda, Tonic, Ginger Ale, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Grapefruit Juice, Sour Mix, Grenadine, Lime, Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite
