I plan on getting a peel and a microderm along with one or two facials before the big day.  I also plan on using eye cream every night.  I am hoping the face treatments I mentioned before will clear up my skin as much as possible.  Its not bad right now but I dont want it to be bad.  As for exercise….I started over a year ago to lose 30-35 lbs.  I lost 30 and I have gained 12 back since.  I now need to lose that 12 again…at least!  I fit into my dress and all but I want my face to be thinner.  I plan on keeping a daily log on myfitnesspal with what I am eating and doing as far as exercise goes.  I will do 1 hour of cardio daily (Treadmill or elliptical) and strength training for both legs and arms.  I want to lose the “back fat” that I have.  FI says I am delusional but I am not!

@jesssamesssa:  I am in the same boat as you! In person, I feel like my face doesn’t look that chubby, but in pictures, I’m like “woah! ::cringe::”

@mrsquigley8-17-13:  My skin has never been that bad, but I uped my skin regimen and got the Dematologica Medibac started kit from Ulta to see how that works.  I just started it monday so not noticing any major changes yet, but I’m hoping that for the money it works!

I lost about 15lbs by eating healthier and going to Zumba twice a week plus some extra cardio and weight training.  But for the past month I’ve been so busy with wedding stuff, I’ve kind of slacked off a little and probably have gained at least 5 of it back.  I’m planning to get my butt back in the gym ASAP.  I really want to concentrate on toning up my arms and stomach before the wedding.

I’m kind of “dieting” but not really.  I use My Fitness Pal to visually see the calories I’m taking in and it helps me figure out what substitutions I can make that would be healthier.  For 6 days a week, I cut out white breads/pastas/rice/potatoes, and replace those with whole grain or wheat products if I must. I also cut out sodas and only drink water and coffee.  Work on your portions and eat more veggies.  Watch your fruit intake, because the excess sugars aren’t good and can cause breakouts.  Bring a healthy lunch with you to work.  I have a cheat day, once a week, just don’t binge!
