I’m not a good cook. I follow recipes really well, but cannot put something together on my own. I’d really like to accumulate some new recipes to try, and I’m trying to lose baby weight so would love to go a healthier direction. I’m not on a diet per say, but just wanting healthy options.
So please share your healthy recipes; easy to fairly easy to make would be a bonus!

my families fave is chicken breasts in the crock pot with a jar of salsa and a packet of taco seasoning. Once the chicken breasts are cooked I throw them in the kitchen aid with the batter blade and shred the chicken. Then I use it for chicken tacos, on salads, and mixed with olive oil mayonnaise for sandwiches. Two large chicken breasts will last three of us days.

I love the recipes from Skinny Taste. She has tons of recipes and so far all the ones I’ve tried have been great! She also has a cookbook that will be released in September that I’m dying to buy. Check out her website, you won’t regret it.
