I have come to a harsh realization that I need to treat my body better.
I recently got into yoga but now my diet needs an overhaul. Looking for a lifestyle change, not a temporary diet.
I’m 5 7″ and 144 pounds… not horrible and I wouldn’t be upset if I didn’t lose weight. My issue is moreso anxiety control as well as long term health. I have very high cholesterol (mostly due to genetics.. i will be on meds eventually) but I would love to kickstart a healthier lifestyle.
What are your healthy recipes/meal plans? I cook both lunch and dinner to bring to work (I work 12 hour shifts) so that’s 10 weeks per week that need to be packaged.
I also make 5 meals per week for FI to bring to work for dinner (he works 2nd shift) so he’ll get some benefit too!

** Note- I try to avoid citrusy, spicy foods due to reflux- which I think can be resolved once anxiety is better controlled!**
