I’m only 11 weeks and 3 days but I’m sure I’ll have more to add.  For now:  the Bella Band to get me through those rough bloated days.  I actually find it totally comfortable and comes in handy when there’s just too much muffin top going on when I button my pants.  #2 – bagels and cream cheese 🙂  that always hit the spot when feeling queasy or not finding any othr food that was appealing.

@Running Elley:  I just bought my first (2) pair of maternity leggings this weekend.  As soon as I put them on, I was like, these are heaven sent! I might just wear them even when I’m not pregnant!

I’m only 7 weeks but I’m so sick… Chunky chicken noodle soup then drinking the broth afterwards is my favorite! Oh and I can’t forget the peanut butter toast! Yummy!

I couldn’t live at this point without a pillow shoved in between my legs when I sleep. I’m so uncomfortable. Tums too. I would die without Tums, I’m almost sure of it.

Pop ice! It’s my addiction. It helps curve the nausea sometimes and is cold and refreshing for after I get sick.

Also I tried to wear the belly band, but I broke down last week and bought maternity pants. I have never worn anything more comfortable in my whole life, it’s like wearing sweatpants to work. It actually makes me look thinner and just pregnant, with the belly band I just felt like someone who didn’t fit into her clothes.

So far mine are my SNOOGLE, pregnancy leggings, maternity bra, maxi dresses, maternity shirts, snacks, and easy access to a restroom. the snoogle has worked wonders for me.

Popsicles for nausea.

Pillow in between my legs for sure and 8 other pillows around me when I sleep!

Warm baths for my sore back.

Maternity pants.

Flat shoes.

Underwear one size up (trust me- you don’t think your hips/butt are growing, but they are, and new underwear makes all the difference!).

While I’m at it, bras one size up. Or two. These damn things keep growing!

Pre-natal yoga- it calms me down and REALLY helps me de-stress. Crazy what an hour of alone time, breathing and stretching can do for a pregnant mama!

@Audreysdance:  @Running Elley:  The snoogle made my back hurt worse (I think because of how my neck is when I sleep on it. I wish it was a J instead of a C shape, so I could use my regular pillow for my head and then use the snoogle for the rest of me!

So far:

I’ve only had my Snoogle for a few days, and I definitely wish I had gotten it sooner. So comfy, and it takes up less room on our small bed than all the pillow I was using.

Past that, maternity yoga pants and hard mints (like the Starlite brand). I kept a stash of those in every jacket and purse I have, so anytime I was out and started to feel nauseous I could have one to suck on. Didn’t always stop it, but usually quelled it.

I LOVE my Boppy wedge pillow.  It fits up under my bump and supports the belly but it’s small enough that it doesn’t take up lots of bed space and is easy to move when I flip to the other side.  I’m kind of a bed hog already, so i try not to over-do it with the added pregnancy pillowage.

and Tums… oh how I love thee

@HopingToBeaMama:  I think they sell ones shaped more like J’s I was worried about that, because I’m really super picky about my head pillow, but so far it’s been great/
