These are my purple, suede Betsey Johnson flats for the wedding :)

I saw these in the latest issue of Martha Stewart weddings and knew they must be mine.... you can't appreciate their beautifescence (i know that's not a real word, but it should be) in a picture.

i love my shoes. peachy-gold satin, with gold trim. and a wide-enough heel to wear outside. and: they're ballroom dance shoes, and cost me all of fifty bucks! (with the bonus that, as dance shoes, they're incredibly comfortable, with a padded sole. love. them. they look very much like my grandmother's wedding shoes -- which i own, but the gold leather on grandma's shoes was too old and brittle to actually wear.)

@nurseamanda - they're actually a cheapy brand i ordered off of debshops.com! But they're good quality, and since that pic, I have bought some cute insoles and made them really comfy as well =D
Artbee, I got those same shoes, but in the white! 
Sorry new to the board saw a show board and fell in love hahahah.... Anywho wedding day shoe LOVE THEM! They were my first "wedding" purchase!

We're getting married on the beach so I need flats.....found these yesterday and sent the picture to my FI and MOH. They are in honor of my favorite boy who can't be at the wedding. Surprisingly they were vetoed by both FI and MOH. I think they're kick ass!

These in white leather! DH is 1/2" shorter than me and I bought my dress off the rack...no height needed! Plus it rained and was all soggy all day so it turned out perfect. I bought these at Neiman Marcus before my dress!

You all are wearing your wedding shoes prior to the day, yes? I know mine will have wrinkles in the patent leather, but I'd much prefer slightly imperfect shoes (and a very unpristine red sole) in my pictures than really, really sore feet.
I'm not wearing mine until the wedding! (Unless you count breaking them in around the house)

I actually splurged on 2 pairs! The Shelley George pair are for the ceremony and the Kate Spades are for the reception. I'm going to dye the Kate Spades, but I just haven't decided what color yet! They are definitely my major splurge to this point, but I am in love with them!
