We will be sharing our BR with DD. But she'll have her side and we'll have our side. I wish I could help you with decor, but honestly I'm still struggling myself! I think I finally reconciled the fact that I don't have to choose betweent he WHOLE room matching. You can have your adult bedspread and rug, and your baby-to-be can have their infant/cute side.
We too will be sharing our room with the baby at first. Hopefully we'll find a house in the town we'll be moving to relatively shortly after the baby is born, but given that our room is so small, there's going to be no decorating, just a bassinet next to our bed and a clear dresser space to use as the changing table! It kind of stinks to not be able to plan a nursery. All I want to do is nest!
LOL @ DG: Try telling my DH that!! I was feverishly looking for curtains last night trying to come up with something cute and fun, and he kept telling me "Just get white ones. What's the big deal?" ARG! I can't help it! An alien has taken control of my body and wants to organize everything in sight and paint the walls and add accent rugs and curtains! It's not me, I swear! He just giggles, but I can tell it annoys him. LOL
I feel you MS. Mr. DG is positive that the only things we need are diapers, a stroller and a car seat. I finally had to threaten to paint our room myself to get that done... Once it was done, he was like, "Wow! That really is so much better!"
Ugh, if I could only have a place to really nest!
We were lucky that we had a nursery for baby #1, but poor baby #2 had to join his older sister--I think they both were cheated a little there, for a long time they each had their own half of a room--one side was pretty pink princesses and one side was blue Tonka trucks and monkeys :)

We live in an apartment and don't really have a room for a dedicated nursery. So we will probably be sharing our room with the baby for a while. I would like to decorate and make the whole room look nice and coordinated. I am thinking of doing an all-white room like some Swedish houses I have seen. Did anyone else share their room with baby? I need some inspiration photos!
