If you're going to wax, try it ahead of time so you know how your skin reacts. I had a bad experience last time I had my underams waxed-- the girl tried and tried and couldn't get all of the hair. My underarm ended up being suuuuuper red and irritated, and after all of that, I still had to shave! So try it a few weeks beforehand to make sure it will look ok.
Despite my bad experience, I'm actually going to try to wax again this week! I prefer waxing because it last so much longer. Plus, I'll have to shave every single day leading up to wedding, since I'll be wearing a bathing suit other dresses, so its not always super smooth when I do that. Waxing would be better for me in the long run!
Wax.
I did laser hair removal (semi-permanent) on my underarms - five sessions. I still grow hair, but not much. I want to get electrolysis for the rest (the only real permanent choice).
Shaving will cut the hair, while waxing will pull the hair. I think waxing will leave you feeling cleaner!
Waxing, when I shaved under my arms I would have to do it everyday waxing leaves me hair free for a good week and a half
Another vote for waxing! I just had it done for the first time a few days ago and I can't belive I waited this long to start... so much cleaner than shaving.

i would definitely wax! i actually do my own with the nair pre-waxed strips you can get at drugstores, i think they are great (you do have to be a little brave though ;-)
Wax. I had it done before my wedding and it was amazing - very smooth and I didn't have to worry about shaving on the honeymoon! But, as PPs have said, do a trial before the wedding so you can see how your skin will react.
Wax! I've been waxing underarms for about 4 years- hardly any grows in now. I'd rec trying it out for your hair/skin- but for me about a week after waxing is the best in terms of no redness + no ingrownness + no hair.
You all inspired me! I'm going to try it! =)

What would anybody recommend to your underarms?? Should i just shave the day of or wax before hand?
