I got our pashmina's at a cash & carry type store for $4 each. They went like hot cakes because it was a touch chilly out! I should have bought more!!!
Ardenes (I think you have that in the US) usually has those on for cheap.
would sarongs do the trick? they are $12 on this site, i ordered them for my BMs. they have a lot of solid colors available.
I don't know how many you need but Wal-Mart carry these for an average of $5 each. If you close to NYC you can buy them in the city from street vendors for about $20 for 5 or 6 of them. ACMoore also carries these wraps. Good Luck!
