Yay! One of my best friends from the 3rd grade is one of by BMs. It's so fun to look back on those small, but cherished memories, like sharing snacks! It's great that you've stayed in touch for so long!

I picked my best friend since 5th grade to be my maid of honor, I love her so much and she is such a special person in my life.
My sister is my matron of honor too haha.
Awww that's so awesome! I was one of the only people at one of my good friends wedding and it was so cool! It helps that my boyfriend was their officient.

Yeah! That's so sweet. My best friend since 6th grade was my MOH and I was hers. In fact, I was the only woman to stand up with her. I know what an honor it is. And in the programs, she specifically mentioned when we used to share snacks too. I was so shocked that she remembered.

How stupid am I? We need someone to sign the license besides the officiant? Did not know this.
Congratulations, that's such an honor! Its very few people that can appreciate good friendship and it seems she is one of those rare people who do.

When the time comes, I'll definately make special matron of honor and maid of honor cards for her and my sister (I don't want bridesmaids)with special things about them. I think that will make them feel even more special. :)

Ok, this is not waiting related, but I had to tell!
My friend is getting married in April and it will be small, no wedding party or reception, just a small church wedding and she and her FI chose 2 people who are close to them to sign the license. She picked me!
We've been friends since kindergarten. I even remember the snacks we used to bring for snack time.LOL
I am so honored she chose me! To think, she wants me to sign where her kids will see the license years from now.
I know I sound corny, but I almost cried.LOL
Yep, she will be my matron of honor when I get married one day.lol
