Pretty color! I had a gel mani- French mani for my wedding day and it lasted a couple of weeks. My nails just grow too fast! Good luck!

Mine last about 3 weeks. They won’t chip, they’ll just “grow out” like gel or acrylic nails do after around 2 weeks!

I love shellac manicures. Mine never chipped at the top- though the polish did fade off the ends. I think that was due to the fact that I was a server at the time- so very hard on my nails, washing my hands a lot, and handling chemicals. Mine also started peeling at the base after 3 weeks, so that’s when I took them off.

How do you get it off?  I’d like to try this for my wedding.

Make sure you go to the salon to have them removed!!! When mine started peeling off, I tried taking them off myself and the top layer of my nails came off right along with the shellac. 2 months later and my nails are still fragile and can’t grow due to splitting and peeling.

I love shellac, just make sure you do the proper removal.

Bees,

Cnd solar oil MUST be used with shellac. Apply 2x per day and massage into cuticle.

Please be aware you are NOT to soak in a bowl of acetone. Use cotton soaked in foil. Place onto nails and wrap with tinfoil. After 3/5 minutes polish should wipe away.
