I had been dreaming about making this ring bearer pillow for some time now. I originally saw one similar in a little boutique in Princeton, back when I first started college (and was single!). However, besides being relationshipless, the pillow I found was outrageous and I didn't like how you could see the threads coming out of the mother of pearl beads. So my mom suggested I make it my self knowing how much a lover of crafts (and beading) I am.
So now about 6 years later I got to DIY my dream pillow. Here is is:
I originally wanted to only have the solid square mother of pearl beads but while at the store I found the rectangular ones and seed beads. The seed beeds are also found on my dress so I loved how the two tied together.
After many hours of hand stitching those little guys on I'm very happy with the results and like it much better than the one I found way back when. What do you ladies think?
