You don't. If people volunteer that's great, but you don't make people host. You can rent a party room or a room in a temple or a civic venue.
Also, you don't need to have all 7. It's so nice that people volunteered but a) 7 nights of sheva brachos gets old really fast and b) you shouldn't ask someone because they might feel insulted. Depending on the religious level people will offer or not. In a religious community, where 7 nights of sheva brachos are a given, close family and friends will usually offer. But where the sheva brachos might not be such a given, most people probably wouldn't even know to do this. The only way I could say maybe asking someone to host, would be if your mom called some of her best girlfriends or some of your family members and explained that you really love this idea and is there any way they could help you out?

Although we are not orthodox, we like the tradition of the Sheva Brachot dinners for the week after the wedding, which also conveniently give us a way of having people we were not able to invite still come celebrate with us.
I already have had two people volunteer to host them, but I'm wondering about the remaining nights. Did anyone else here have sheva brachot dinners? How did you get people to host?
