Shift work - what do you do to stay healthy?

    Hi Bees,

    As I write this, I am working a night shift :) I work as a nurse, and work 12 hour shifts, two days, two nights, then 4-5 days off. I always find that I feel like a trainwreck for at least a day or two after getting off nights. Does anyone else have a rotating shift schedule? What do you do to stay healthy?
