I was planning on ordering my envelopes though JAM paper but when I went to checkout a few days ago I saw that they only offered Fedex shipping. Fedex always has a difficult time getting into my building and it’s far more expensive than regular mail so I sent an email to customer service asking if it was possible to mail USPS. I think it’s ridiculous to pay $14 for shipping when the item I’m buying is only $16, non-fragile, and couldn’t weigh more than a pound.
I never received a response. I figured I’d suck it up and just buy them anyway so I placed the order today. When I received my confirmation for my order, the email said “Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction. We are a “CAN DO” company.” and said to contact them with questions or concerns. I responded to the email saying that I was not 100% satisfied because my email had been ignored and I was paying far more than I thought was necessary for shipping.
Here is the email response:
“Lets save ea other the time- what I CAN DO IS CANCEL this order. Refunding in full.
Hope you are happy with yourself. Now you are not IGNORED.
Have a nice day.”
Seriously!?! I have bought hundreds of things online and never had a seller respond in such a rude, obnoxious, unhelpful, and idiotic way! Can you believe that?

@kala_way: Wow thats kind of an epic response! I dont really even know what to say. Clearly someone on their end is having one hell of a time. I hope you can find your items else where….

whaaaaaaaaaaat?! I cannot believe that. I’d put reviews up everywhere I could so that people avoid that site. I’m surprised the company is still in business if that’s how they handle their customers.

I think it’s a good thing they canceled the order. Who would want to use a business that handles customers like that? How rude.

This is stupid. You are the customer, you are paying their rent/mortgage/whatever. Treating customers like that is irresponsible and disgusting.
Cancel the order. Honestly, you deserve much much better than that, I bet there’s tons of sellers out there that offer a better product and service at a better price.

I can’t beleive they responded to you that way.
You should have been able to select another shipping method though. In there helpful info section, it says you can have items shipped US mail, UPS, or FedEx.

I would do some research and find contact information for someone higher up than an order taker for this company,
I would then forward a copy of the email to them so they can either make it right for you, or have a conversation with that staff person-or both.

wow. hopefully that person was just having a bad day…but i am kind of curious what your email actually said. if you were really rude i’d have more sympathy for their response.
either way, it’s an unacceptable business response.

At least you had a personal respose and not one of thoes automated ones that are a dime a dozen.
I hope you do not order from them though!
