i was going to suggest cinderella of boston also. the ladies in my family have very tiny feet (my aunt is a 4 in women’s) and they get a lot of their shoes from cinderella.

i wear 5 in women’s (if i can find it, of course) and a 2.5 or 3 in kids. so i definitely feel your frustration. i wore little girl’s shoes for my wedding that i found on shoes.com. the way styles are these days, sometimes you can’t even tell the difference between little girls shoes and women’s shoes. i actually found a “grown up version” of my shoes, but i went with the kids’ version because it came in the color i wanted and the heel was thicker/lower (my reception was outside, narrow heels weren’t an option). good luck!

@DW82:  Unfortunately you are going to be limited to higher-end shoes that do special orders.  For example, I think Manolo’s you can special order them in a smaller size for an additional cost…  just read someone else on the boards talk about this.

http://boards.weddingbee.com/topic/ordered-my-wedding-shoes#axzz2uxFRBq5C… Bee name is CestTresJolie14.  Her comment at the moment is second to last.  Maybe contact her and ask… she says she is a size 4

“I have to special order mine from the CL boutique, which costs $100 more  (BOO!!!), but also get to customize them. I wear a size 4 so finding a shoe fit  for a wedding would be near impossible for me. I can only order the classic  styles, though so I am thinking Lady Peep slings. I have the Lady Peep’s with  the closed back, but they are a tad bit too big so I had to put a gel insert and  a little back insert to hold my foot in place. I wore them for Valentine’s Day  and ended up standing around for 40 minutes in them for our table and I realized  they were pretty comfortable so I feel confident now. I had another pair similar  to the Hyper Prive (can’t remember the name, Sophia? Something like that!) and  they hold better but damn they hurt my pinky toes! I’ll be popping Tylenol all  night if I have to haha. They’re worth it. 😀
