Weddingbee boards

Hi fellow Bees,

I thought I had my shoes set but when they came to me in the mail I just wasn't happy with them.  This entire week I've been feverishly trying to find the shoes.  I'm flying back home late tonight to take care of some last minute wedding details and to have my initial dress fitting on Monday morning! I'll have to continue my shoes shopping over the weekend.

Our colors are light blue & cobalt blue with touches of silver. At this point I am unable to order anything online because it won't make it to me before.

I'm looking for:

• Silver shoes (or blue if I see something great)
• Something peep toe or open toe
• Something I can pick up at the store since I need them almost immediately.

Our wedding is a daytime formal garden wedding.  The ceremony will be outside but I don't believe I will have to walk on too much grass... there are paved walkways throughout the garden.

I don't know if you have an Aldo's near you but, these are cute and on sale for $69. I have a pair I bought not too long ago for a friend's wedding--they looked great. Hope that helps!!

These were the first condenders:

Don't laugh at me... (I am sometimes missing the fashion/matching bone in my body).  This is a pair I bought yesterday but I think they are too different (even though they were super comfortable).  They were swiftly nixed by FH & MOH... but in the end it's my choice:

I always loved these but I'm afraid the shoes (and my feet) will be destroyed by the end of the day! (The silver leather scuffs very easily). If I go this route, I'll also buy a pair of 3 and 1/2 inch wedge/flip flops to stand in for the ceremony outside:

Then there are these which also got a thumbs down... they're pretty in the picture but look more like club shoes in person:

I also picked these out. They're plain so I would add a shoes clip of something sparkly at the front.  They're comfortable and I would be able to dance in them very easily... but Im afraid they're too plain and no open toe!

Any other options or suggestions and I would be very grateful.  I'm obviously having difficulty with this part!

Thanks, Ms iPhone.  I've been to Aldo (got a great bag there instead of shoes).  I think I  tried those on but that was a little over a month ago.  I know there's an Aldo store in Orlando so I'll try them again tomorrow!  Thanks for the suggestion!

Any other suggestions or poll takers?  I could use some suggestions :-)

Thanks, dsr  :-)  and thank you to those of you who made suggestions or voted.  I finally bought my shoes today and am very happy with my final decision :-)

I ended up buying the same shoes I ordered earlier but from a different store.  I tried them on, walked around in them, and made sure they were in great condition before taking them home with me... I am thrilled :-)

Thanks for the votes, girls.  I always wanted these shoes and even put away money for them a little over a year ago but after having a substandard pair sent to me, I was having second thoughts and was starting to talk myself out of them. 

Glad I didn't!  Yay!  I love wearing them
