So here is the bridesmaids dress (in navy, discontinued style AA)
The plan is to have them all in green shoes.. but the ceremony is in grass.
Option 1: dyeable any style they are comfortable in (I have heard mixed reviews- the color may bleed, etc.)
Option 2: a fancy flip flop like this http://www.zappos.com/nina-hilaria-apple-green-satin

I think the dress is a little too formal for flip flops. Maybe look into dyeable flats or wedges?

My colors are blue and green (blue dresses) too. There are a lot of really cute green flats out there that you wouldn’t have to dye. Currently I’m thinking blue dresses with white shoes and white flowers (groomsmen are wearing green vests with their tuxes). Any thoughts?

The dress is far too formal for flip flops. However, I also think they will look rediculous with in green shoes with blue dresses.
I think white or silver shoes would look much better, plus your bridesmaids would wear them again.
Also, dyable shoes are extremely uncomfortable and usually poor quality.

I agree with the others … the dress is formal , so the shoes should echoe that. What if you bring in the green as a sash around the waist or around the boquet, & keep the sandles & flowers white? I’m actually having all my girls choose their own style black strappy shoe….maybe that could work for you. Here’s a few I would suggest:
