@redhead_bride82413:  Nine West or Adrienne Vittadini are shoes I love and are comfortable in the cheaper range.

NOT Jessica Simpson, Carlos Santana, Guess or Steve Madden

With that budget, check out Hey Lady shoes.  They are gorgeous and comfortable.  They were my splurge and were comfortable for my feet for most of the day.

Stuart Weitzmans are pretty comfortable.  For even cheaper, I would also check out the Nina brand.

Definite no to Badgley Mischka. Hands down the most uncomfortable brand I have ever tried on. Yes to Kate Spade ^_^ I also like Something Bleu and Cole Haans with the Nike Air technology Smile

@redhead_bride82413:  I JUST snagged a pair of silver Kate Spade pumps at Neiman Marcus for $150 today. They are really comfy. They just started an extra 25% off sale for already marked down items today. I would check out the sale section of their website (or just go in if you live near a physical store).

Cole Haan also makes insanely comfotable heels that should fall within your price range. I have a pair of fabulous pink slingbacks (4ish inches) and I can wear all night at a wedding reception. They are part of Cole Haan’s partnership with Nike to put Nike Air technology into the heels. Definitely a good choice.

Like PPs, I kept trying on Badgley Mishkas and I kept thinking how uncomfortable I found them. They may suit your feet, but they are unpleasant on mine. Pretty shoes, though.

Good luck!

I was on the hunt for perfect heels for ages, it took a while but I finally got them, cute vintage heels from Vera Wang 🙂 I posted my options on wedding.choisr.com and some awesome brides suggested me my shoes! I got lucky, good luck girl!

I had some Badgley shoes picked out but ended up returning them because they are so. uncomfortable.  I have been on a Kate Spade kick as well since I’ve heard they are comfortable… but most recently I am obsessing over Something Bleu.  They are available at BHLDN and myglassslipper.com, and the MGS ones are dyeable.  I am thinking of having some dyed coral.  Only downside is that some of the ones I looooove are discontinued so there is limited stock.  I did order some to try on, though, and they seem very comfortable.

@redhead_bride82413:  I’m also in need of 3″ heels and have tried on both brands recently – I found the Badgley Mischka d’orsays/sandals unwearably narrow (and since they’re satin, they are not stretch-able)…a shame since they’re so pretty and the perfect height, but if they were that uncomfortable to try on, there was no way they would work for a full wedding day!  Kate Spades I have found run at least a half-size small.  Nina, another brand PPs have recommended, actually runs a tad large on me; in some styles I’d probably order down a half-size.  I’d say Kate Spade and Nina are equally comfortable; not awful but not super-cushiony, either.  I have not liked any of Stuart Weitzman’s options in the 3″ heel range lately, TBH – they all struck me as kind of matronly, as do the Jimmy Choos at that height.

For reference: I have size 8.5 feet slightly on the wider side of average.

@redhead_bride82413: I don’t recommend Badgleys. I have a pair and they are cute as heck but are so stiff and hard. I wore them and after only one block the balls of my feet were throbbing. Too bad because I find all their styles to be so cute, but the pain isn’t worth it.

I have worn Nine West heels (specifically Ambitious and Caress) to many events and they have held up the whole night. I agree with other PP’s, Kate Spade shoes are lovely (I wanted theKrystas sooo bad for my wedding!) but they can run small. In my case their 5’s were way too small and they had no 5.5’s so boo…
