Pretty dress! I would go with shoes that match the sash, if you could find such a pair, or a nice pair of silver or gold strappy heels.
I feel like when in doubt go metallic. I would do gold with a blush colored dress.

I had a hard time seeing the color (my monitor), but if there is a pink tone to the dress, you could do nearly any shade of pink shoes. That could be really fun if you didn't do metallic!
Oh, and I totally second DSW. I love the teal patent heels I got from them for my December wedding!
I second nude shoes, I was suprised to see the Nordstrom wedding spred wearing nude shoes but they looked great with the lt. pink, ivory and lt. yellow dresses on the models!
If your sash is red like that, I"d try to match the sash. Otherwise maybe just some nude shoes. Otherwise i feel like it's too much clashing with the sash.
Your dress is beautiful. I also say, get shoes to match your sash!

It is blush but does have the colored sash shown in the picture. I can't figure out what shoes and what color shoes goes with this dress. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
