Dont you have a set of orthotics? This is the time to get one! Then put them in any shoes you like. If your insurance doesnt cover the cost, some high end running stores or ski stores (that offer custom boots) will do them for you.
I have completely flat feet, and just wear really high heels, to simulate an arch. I know it's terrible, but it hurts something awful when I wear anything flat. Even sneakers! Barefoot I walk on my tip-toes. Only thing that doesn't hurt.
So, my only advice is to wear really high heels, and walk around on your-tip toes! Not the best advice

Can anyone suggest heels that won't completely demolish my poor flat feet? I am open to wedges, platform, anything but I kind of want a bit of height. There is something about flats that just aren't as formal.
