I've only been qipao shopping once and fell in love with a red and gold dress too. I was thinking strappy gold shoes.
I wore gold strappy heels to match the gold on my Qipao....I had a hard time finding a red to match the dress and figured I'd get more use out of gold shoes in teh future anyways.
i'm also wearing gold strappy heels! it's easier to find a gold shoe than a red that matches the red in the qi pao.

I'm wearing strappy gold heels as well. My qipao is red with red and gold/ double trim, so it's a nice accent.
Same here. I tried on 7 different pairs of red shoes w/my qipao and nothing worked. Finally found a gold strappy pair that works great w/it. Definitely stick w/the gold.
I'm wearing a pair of gold peeptoes heels. My FMIL and FSIL agree they look great with my qipao (fuschia and gold).

What kind of shoes did you wear with your qipao? im having a hard time matching anything with my very traditonal looking qipao, which is red with gold. thanks
