Hello everyone! I just really started planning for my July wedding and I’m looking for advice. I’m planning on a tea length dress and either white or red closed toe pumps with it, and probably switch to flats later on. I’m worried about getting blisters and such from sweating in the heels and was wondering if stockings would help with that. I love seamed stocking, but don’t know what color would look right. There’s black with black seams, nude with black, white with white. Or should I forego them altogether and try powders in my shoe instead? I’m not super worried about the heat factor,I’m sure I will sweat regardless. I’m also pale as anything.
For reference I’m including the potential dress, shoes and stockings.

Thanks for any advice!

Very cute shoes!
I often wear those little no-show socks inside my shoes. They’re like a thick stocking but very very low cut so you can’t see them above the shoe line. No blisters ever.

kayvee: I’m also wearing a tea length dress and I am weaing the nude / nude seamed stockings shown on the agent provocateur link you have posted. I wanted to have seams but to keep it subtle and thought this was the best way.
In terms of shoes I’m not sure of your budget but have you looked at Rachel Simpson, she does some absolutely gorgeous closed toe designs in a vintage style that suits a tea length dress;
I went for something a little different myself;
All the dresses you are considering look beautiful by the way

Steph77 thats a good point. I had one nude/nude pair that I didn’t like but maybe a different brand will be nicer. These ones were cheap. I’ll check out those shoes as well.
AussieEncore I wear those socks but find they always fall down to my toes inside the shoe!
