I’m getting married in a very small church with a very small aisle. We’re using the church’s organist who gave some suggestions on what to use but nothing is really jumping out at me. I don’t gravitate toward the traditional or classical music. Everything on the organ sounds so gothic and harsh to me. Are there any suggestions for pretty/contemporary music for a very short aisle? Do I use one song for the maids and a separate one for my entrance?
I think the Forrest Gump Theme is really cute for the Bridesmaids entrance
I love Kissing You from Romeo and Juliet for the Bridal entrance
My mom prefers the traditional music so she’d probably kill me if I didn’t use the Wedding March for the Recessional
Everything I Do, I Do It For You (Bryan Adams from Robin Hood movie)
Now We Are Free(From Gladiator!)
The organist explained that most of these are pretty heavy for a wedding and too long. I’m so stuck!
Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
