Hey everyone! I'm thinking about a Vegas wedding, and I think a short dress totally fits. Can I see some ideas?

Here's my pretty - she looks even shorter now that there's a puffy-as-all-get-out petticoat underneath! LOVE it! I had a fitting yesterday and I can't stop looking at the photos on my phone! LOL

I wore a short dress to my wedding. This photo is from when I first tried on the dress - I had no alterations.
I tried this dress on and it was GORGEOUS! I felt absolutely beautiful in it. It's a Priscilla of Boston's Melissa Sweet Style Billie.
As the MOB at my daughter's outdoor June wedding I wore a dessy bridesmaid dress in palomino & absolutely loved it!! This dress is also available in ivory which would be perfect as a short wedding dress.
Here is mine pre alterations! I just went for my 2nd fitting friday and I LOVE it the skirt is shorter and slimmer.
I had mine made based on a photo of a party dress from 1962. I loved having a short wedding dress--it was much more me. When we took photos on the street in Chicago, complete strangers kept telling me how much they loved it!

I loved wearing my BCBG applique dress! It was perfect for a casual wedding in the Texas heat =)

@Treasure43: It's by Stephanie Allin. She's a British designer, but her dresses are only sold in the UK. I was heartbroken when I found out.

I tried on all sorts of long dresses, but the tea length is definitely more my style. Can't wait to see what my fiance will think of it that day. So far its shocked everyone who's seen it!

I love seeing everyone's choices! All of your short dresses are stunning! Today I tried on some Jim Hjelm bridesmaid dresses (they all come in white!!). They were SO pretty! I'd highly recommend them to any bride looking for a short dress :)
I tried this one on... and it was probably my fave. Although I love the dress I decided on, this one just felt so 'right' and very 'fun.' Had I had more time (we had barely 8 weeks to pull it all together), and if I wasn't getting married in the Fall, I would have bought it for sure!

I was a short dress bride. I got married in a public place and strangers kept telling me how they loved it. It was so fun. If you are my size, I will sell. It was custom made in china. i have also posted my inspiration board of short dresses.
