I think it’s enough time, but I’d nix the fruit and cheese– if they have something to munch on, guests will be less eager to get dinner, and therefore it’ll drag out– I would just go straight to dinner, and then everyone will be happy to be eating, instead of filling up on the apps right before the meal.

Keep the fruit and cheese so guests will have something on which to munch when they first arrive, especially if you will be serving any type of alcohol during that time. Just have your venue staff begin dinner service promptly to avoid unnecessary delays.
