mrs.cherry.tree:  A halo would be lovely on that! Although I must say, it’s already VERY beautiful. He did good! You’re in luck. I happen to have a 0.50 stone in a halo. Mine is a round brilliant in a cushion halo. My ring size is 6.25. I voted yes to the halo. I love me some halo. 🙂

It’s a lovely ring as is so I think you’d need to think very careful how adding a halo head would make it look from the other views (not just the obvious from the top). Maybe I am just hopeless at visualizing but I don’t know how they add a halo without changing the setting so to me that would be the make or break.

If you can add the halo for a great price, I’d say go for it! They’re beautiful, sparkly and add size to your ring! I’m sure you won’t be worried about a bigger stone after adding the halo!

mrssloan2013:  you can’t be serious?! Someone actually said that? Well I love your rings and halos nor mismatched stacking aren’t even my style. That’s why I love these boards so much. They open my eyes up to other styles. Bees keep asking for these things, especially halo pics, so keep on posting. Blame everyone else for asking 😉

I love my halo! You should try some on so you can see if you like the look before you decide to add it. Here’s mine.

mrs.cherry.tree:  I am obviously biased, but I say add a halo. Here is my oval before, and after. Your ring is gorgeous regardless, but if you are wanting more finger coverage, then I say go for it. 🙂

Your set is very lovely and i adore the detailing, but I agree with you .. a little more finger coverage would work- nothing to do with my love of halos, lol. After all you said it won’t cost much.

mrssloan2013:  what?!? Who said that? Clearly someone insecure about their own ring. I love your set, it’s stunning. If you can’t share your ring on the bee where can you share it? We are all excited and love rings of all shapes and sizes so keep sharing!
