Since you say making changes won't be a problem, I think making the names bigger is a good idea - it will make them pop more. I do think the invite looks great as is, though, so it's up to you.
They're beautiful! I think the black is more classic looking and the grey would be more modern, so it would just depend on what you're going for :).
I think if you lighten the gray a bit it will make your names and the design really pop!
Right now to me, everything looks proportional in size, but I don't think it would hurt anything if you did make the names a tad bigger.
So I decided simply to change the name to a wider font and I got the proof back today and I am very happy with the subtle difference :D

So the day we ended up moving our Oct wedding to next April just happened to be the same day that my invites shipped.
So I have a beautiful set of useless invite but I since I do get to reorder I can change things if I want to.
They are letterpress rose and slate gray
We do not feel the gray came out and it looks more black
and we are worried that the names need to be in a larger font
So critique please :)
