I don’t think its an issue to change plans given that they haven’t purchased them yet, but 1. I’d be worried if that place has bad reviews and 2. you mention gift cards – does that mean you spent money at DB for gift cards for the dresses? because they won’t refund that…

@DanceawaytheNight:  Ah, ok! Then I think it’s totally fine to change.  Are there salons in each person’s areas that carry the Alfred Sung?

Wait, there’s a big difference in price between DB and Alfred Sung.  Are you sure that your BMs have the budget door Alfred Sung?

@DanceawaytheNight:  i was thinking about it, since all my bm’s are all over the country. but i was going to get the girls to try on dresses in local stores, and then purchase them all in one go. i’m super picky about colour, so i’d be pretty bummed if i knew that it wasn’t the exact colour i wanted.

@DanceawaytheNight:  Since you’re paying for the dresses, I don’t think it’s a problem for you to change the style you want your BMs to wear. I know I wouldn’t mind as a BM (and believe me, I’ve had to put up with some less than fun dress buying as a BM), especially if there was a store near me that carried the style you wanted so I could try it on.
