I have grown out my hair for the past 2 years so it is now as long as my extensions. I have thin hair and like the look with my extensions but we will be taking pictures outside in the extreme heat. Do I really want all that hot, thick hair?! I took this pic a few min ago at work (so, it’s not that great). I know in person you can tell a difference but in pix, I don’t know if I notice much of a difference? What do you guys think? Extensions or don’t bother?

I like the look of extensions for fullness as opposed to length, so I really like them in your hair!
Although.. it definitely doesn’t look bad without them, just not as full.

I can definitely tell a difference but I don’t think that you necessarily need them. You have pretty hair without.

JazzyGirl85: Wait, you have extensions in these pics? Which one is with and which is without?

MsSparkle10: thank you!
KC-2722: thanks! Yes, I like them for the fullness too. And now t
hat my hair is so long, I only need to wear a few wefts.
LilRhodyGem: first pic was taken today – no extensions. Last pic was taken over a year ago with extensions so my hair was a lot shorter.

JazzyGirl85: Ok, thank you for the clarification. Yes, I see the fullness with the extensions. They look very nice. I wonder though, if you styled your extension-less hair with velcro rollers, hairspray and the like if you couldn’t achieve the same full look on your special day.
You have lovely locks either way.

I definitely like the look of extensions for fullness (that is what I’m doing), and I think they will help your hair look better outside. A little bit of sweat in thin hair is very noticable and makes it completely limp and flat and generally curls and styles stay better in the extensions than in your own hair.

mgbser: yeah, they also hold curls better than my hair too! So, extensions it is! They make me feel glamorous and who doesn’t want to feel that way in their wedding day!
