my sis in law made a big deal about being in the wedding and finally I said okay. sooo today we planned to go look at a venue and try on some dresses at 3p she calls at 2:45 and tell me she is too tired.

so should i give her silly ass the boot or should forgive her and keep going

Absolutely do not "fire" her.  It sucks she cancelled but that isn't a near good enough reason to remove her from your bridal party.

Well either way I'm not sure you can "fire" her because she dosen't work for you. If you don't want her in the wedding party then don't have her, although it might cause issues with your in law so I would give her one more shot.

looks like you are looking for a reason to boot her.  maybe don't do wedding errands with her in the future, but i certainly wouldn't kick her out.

Just don't ask her to do errands with you in the future. If she asks why, you can tell her that you have a lot of things to get done and don't want to worry about her canceling. I don't think it's worth the future drama it's going to cause to "boot" her from the wedding.

do you have other BM's and if yes did they go venue & dress shopping with you?

you cant "fire" someone you dont employ and as this is family i think you need to suck it up and smile as no good will come from kicking her out of the wedding

Sadly my other BM's live out of state she is the only in state one which is what pissed me off the most I guess. I hate going alone, I cant take hubby dress shopping he would absoluetly hate it
