Should I get the blue nile petite pave or petite cathedral

@2015ftroml:  I have the petite pave.  The diamonds go 3/4 of the way around so it looks like it’s an infinity band.  If you look at the petite cathedral, the diamonds are only half way around.  The petite pave is a little more “squared off” as well.  I love my ring.

I wanted an infinity wedding band but they don’t sell it in “petite” pave.  I had to purchase the pave.  Just a FYI if you want a matching infinity band.  They have the matching band with diamonds 3/4 of the way around (my ring spins a lot so I prefer an infinity).

Just up to preferance!

@2015ftroml:  They’re both really pretty. I normally prefer cathedral settings, but i don’t love the way that the cathedral part doesn’t touch the head of the ring, so i choose petite pave. Also, I like that the shank is a little thicker. But you can’t make a mistake either way!!!

I prefer the cathedral, but you can’t go wrong with either. 🙂

They are both beautiful but my vote is cathedral. 🙂

I prefer cathedral. Blue Nile can work with you and have the shoulders come closer to the stone (depending on the stone’s size) if you don’t like the look with the gap.

My fiance chose the blue nile petite cathedral pave setting, and I think it’s gorgeous as I have quite small hands (size I- i.e. about size 4) so the thin band is perfect.

Sorry about the massive picture!

I would go cathedral myself – it slants up to the centre so I always feel like there’s slightly less chance of the centre stone catching on things!
