    Go look for a reception dress.  I loved my Gurl but I couldn’t stop dress obsessing so I focused on my reception dress instead.

    I think your dress is so stunning! In fact, I recall when you first posted a picture of you in it a while back and I had MAJOR dress envy! So I say stick with it–it’s FABULOUS!

    You can look but remember that its cutting it pretty close to be ordering a new dress, if you do choose a new one you may want to stick to looking at samples. But I think your dress looks amazing on you!

    I think once you are all dolled up and wearing it on your wedding day you will be so happy you stuck with it. Maybe try doing your hair and makeup and putting it on and create obsession again.

    @unixfairy: date twin!!!!

    It’s a gorgeous gown!!!  I vote look for a rehersal or reception gown (rehersal, preferably) and maybe even some nice dresses for the honeymoon!

    I agree with sqeak35, if you need to go dress shopping, find a reception dress and stick with the one you have for the wedding ceremony. ๐Ÿ™‚

    That dress is anything but boring – I agree with @MaiFuture – you’ll feel differently about it when you see it in a different context (your wedding day) – you’re probably just bored with the context you’ve seen it in – fittings, looking at this pic, whatnot. You just need the wedding day moment when you really make it your own.

    You should put the dress away, very far away…and don’t look at it or try it on for a while.  Then try it on in a few months just to sheck the fit. Keep your perspective fresh!
