I voted for no lace top, but based purely on my own preference. Honestly, you look beautiful both ways!! :)

I think I would do lace top without sash.
The bolero and sash are a little too much together. I would go one or the other but not both. Personally, I think both strapless gowns and sashes are a little too trendy and overdone these days, while anything with sleeves is more unique. but that's my bias.
I love the lace top because it makes you look different and special. Your dress is pretty but kind of generic without it. And with it, it's fresh to me. Maybe take it off and lose the veil for reception?
I like lace tops but that one seems to cover you up too much. One more like this would be gorgeous!
I normally say lace, but this cover up is too old fashioned. It looks like a lace t shirt. I think that a lace bolero or different cut would be much better. Is this for religious reasons? Either go with a much shorter or longer sleeve and show a little clavicle.
