There’s absolutely no need to match both sides of the bridal party!

He should have as many best men and/or groomsmen as he feels make sense for him!

We ended up having two best men to match my two sisters as MOHs. My husband wanted to have his best friend from both high school and college, so it worked perfectly. And their speeches were just great.

I didn’t think about the speeches.  I guess both of my MOHs will give speeches if they want and the just the one best man may give a speech.

I don’t think it’s necessary to match!  It should be people who you want to stand up there with you.

If he has two best friends, then sure, but if not, don’t worry about matching!!

It doesn’t matter – matching isn’t important, what’s important is having the people you love standing up with you.

I don’t think you need to match, but it’s nice to have an equal number of total attendants so everyone has someone to walk down the aisle with.
