Should the bride give favors to guests at her bachelorette party?

That’s a great gesture , if you can afford it I would say do it!  I didn’t give favors but I ‘demanded’ more or less begged for them to let me but a round of drinks and a shot .  I felt so loved that night but wanted them to feel special too.  A nice little favor for the memory would have been great but I didnt think of it !

I wasn’t sure how this worked, either.  My bridal party has been kind enough to begin planning a little outing in my hometown of Boston.  I appreciate that they would do so much for me and I love giving presents, so I went ahead and made little “goody bags”

I got those little mock take-out boxes from the craft store and I filled them with mardi gras beads, mini bottle of Malibu, nail polish, gum, Altoids, Bath & Body works mini anti-bac bottles, mini shampoos, etc.  They came out super cute!

If you’ve got the means to do it, I’d go for it!  I had fun putting them together and it’ll make me feel good to give everyone a little something 🙂

We went to Vegas for my bachelorette party.  I ended up getting my bridal party what I deemed “Vegas purses” which were really gaudy small leopard print/sequined purses and put $10 in each.  I also made cheesy buttons for everyone to wear that said “Official Drinking Team redhead46’s Bachelorette Party”.

I think it’s delightful to get a “favor” or party bag at any party you attend.

@hollybee13:  I just co-planned a bachelorette party for a friend, and the bride gave us little trinkets, which was super nice to receive.  We also had goodie bags for everyone.  I say do it!

Love your idea!

For BFF’s bachelorette I made hangover kits. I went to the dollar store and got a bottle of oj, advil, tums, one of those reusable water bottles, a 5 hour engergy and some other stuff. Everyone loved them!

@MrsOrange:  That’s sweet, I totally agree with what you said about feeling special and wanting them to fell the same.  They’re all so excited about the wedding (family and freinds) because it’s the first one in our circles.

I recently had my bachelorette party and wanted to send thank you cards with a little something that could fit in the card, any ideas?

@MrsBaconBit:  hmmm, maybe a gift card to a fav coffee place or their favorite ‘hangover ‘ food (like McDonald’s lol) maybe a dorky but sincere msg like, ‘ because you’re so sweet go get a treat’ ?

@hollybee13:  I think it’s a very nice idea, so if you’d like go for it!  However, I do think that it’s totally optional.  YOu might also run it by your sis to make sure it doesn’t conflict with her plans.
