Good evening Bees,
I need some input. My venue is an outdoor gazebo over looking a lake. The gazebo is big enough to fit 100 people according to the place I am renting it from. I am only having max 40 people and will be having both the ceremony and reception in the gazebo. My theme is a pastel tea party.I plan on doing lace overlays, croceted doilies and lots of candles and pastel colored flowers. I am planning on haveing the table clothes be satin tea grean tables clothes on the guest tables. Should the other tables be the same? I will also have a candy bar, cake table, lunch buffet table and guestbook/card table. My concern is that if the table cloths are two or three diffrent colors it would look to busy in a small place…what do you think?? My other option I was concidering is pastel blue satin tablecloths with a lace overlay on the ‘other’ tables.

@SuperMomx6: If it is such a small area like you say I would say stick with all tables having the same look! But then again its totally up to you, I think it would look good either way!

I think mix and match tableclothes look good if it fits with your theme. I’m doing 2 different style tables to add some dimension.
With your theme I really like the different colors and alll having the lace over lay. Sounds pretty! Post pictures!

I would go with the same color, I do think it could look busy if there were too many colors.

I think solid white, cream or ivory wouldn’t look too busy. Try to match the colour of the lace if you go this way.
