Just when I thought things were going along great!  Almost done with everything except getting the tuxes!!!  Well, last nite at about 5:00 I received a call from the lady that was supposed to be doing our wedding pictures.  And it turns out that she won't be able to take them now, due to a conflict of schedule.  She was doing this on the side for us, but found out that the big Tennis meet is that same day about 2 hours away!!!  So with less than 3 months to go, I'm now needing to find a photographer!!  Which doesn't leave a lot of time and now we will have to come up with a lot more money than we budgeted for.  Because even though she wasn't charging us to take the pictures we were going to pay her, but not a thousand dollars, which is what I'm finding out now that it could cost us the minimum at!!!!  So needless to say, I'm about at my limit!!!  I wish it was already the 3rd of October and that I didn't have to worry about something else!!  She was very apologetic about it and said "well at least I gave you plenty of time to find someone else"  Really, plenty of time!!!  I just didn't need that, doesn't make me feel any better!!!  Sorry, just wanted to vent!!!  I hope all of your planning is going great!!  Thanks for listening!!

Well, that s*cks! I'm sorry this happened. No fun! Ask your original photographer to recommend someone else. She must have professional contacts. Or contact the local art school. I'm sure you can find a photography student for cheap.

I've heard of people finding photographers on craigslist that are just starting their own businesses and willing to go for cheaper. maybe it would be worth looking in to and seeing what's in your area?
