I second hummus! And I like to dip baby carrots in it.
Spicy black bean dip with rice crackers, or pretzels when I want to grab quickly.
I'm not on a diet, but I love to snack on homemade salsa.
This is the recipe I use:
I love hummus also!! and the laughing cow cheeses...they have so many flavors now!
white thins and low fat or non fat cream cheese...sometimes i sprinkle mrs. dash garlic blend in it and it's so flavorful! :)
wow..i have a lot
i just realized almost all of mine were duplicates of everyone elses... :)
Oh love those kettle corn bags! I am a big fan of the chocolate VitaTops when I am wanting something sweet!
Oh I LOVEEEE laughing cow cheeses! my favorite right now is the queso and chipoltle!
I've never had hummus, I might have to give it a try.
Blue Cheese Light Laughing Cow cheese! I found it yesterday and Im never looking back! Its delish!
almond stuffed dates
cozy shack rice pudding
strawberries dipped in melted dark chocolate
celery & all natural peanut butter
Chobani Greek Non-fat Vanilla Yogurt with a little cinnamon mixed in.
Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedge and All-Bran Multi-grain crackers
Del-monte Freezeable Fruit Sorbets
No-pudge Brownie with fat-free frozen yogurt
Kelloggs' Fiber Plus Chocolate Chip Bar (So good, my skinny lab assistants love them!)
I'm so glad somebody started this, I'm on WW and am desperate for low point snacks. I can't hand any more veggies and am in dire need for a cookie or something along those lines!
@CantWaitToBeWed: have you tried sundried tomato wheat thins and cream cheese? omg yum.
Berries!!! strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries! If I'm really good I'll add fro yo!!
Honeycrisp apples! Cold and plain. They are so yummy! I am so bummed they won't be in season much longer. They are like dessert.
I'm all about the hummus and carrots. Or I'll throw a can of garbanzo beans, a couple spoonfuls of diced tomatoes (canned, with a little juice) a lot of garlic, a drizzle of lemon juice, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt and pepper into my mini food processor until it's smooth. A lot like hummus (but not quite the real thing). Depends on what I have in my cabinets.
