I'm not quite to this point, but someone posted a seating chart in the DIY section (I think) a day or two ago. Let me see if I can find it. It looked beautiful and it might work for you.
Here are mine:

If you're short on time, a big seating chart as posted above would probably be more practical. However, I used Seating card per Martha Stewart. They're really cute but need some meticulous set up & stand up. Good thing I had a DOC.
What about a ribbon board, like some of the Bees have done?
This was one last-minute project that fell by the wayside for me. I had beautiful cards with gorgeous writing on luxe paper, and decided in the end to just simply pin them to a large artist canvas, because I didn't want to spend four hours preparing another type of display for them. And you know what? They still looked great.
I love the ribbon board. I'd love to do that, but we'll see when the time comes! I saw it on Martha's site

@Lattelove - that.IS.GORGEOUS. Seriously. Made me want to change the theme of the wedding to woodland fairy tale.
I'll put some pics up later, but I did circle magnets and displayed them on a white board.

I need inspiration!!
Nothing like waiting til the last minute, eh?
My original escort card chart fell through. Now I need a new one - with a quickness!! We're doing table assignments only - so I don't want to do place cards. The wedding is black, white and yellow with a very modern, geometric feel. Think - a lot of paper, glossy black, etc.
I would love to see what you bees have used or are planning on using!!
