I am planning to wear this dress for my wedding in September, but I'm dying to see it on other girls who have worn it! I've seen the photos of Heather on Style Me Pretty, but would love to see more. Anyone want to share?

@MightySapphire - I don't think you're necessarily supposed to wear a white dress, but you certainly can! People go to rehearsals in anything from floral sundresses to jeans and a blouse!
I too am wearing this dress for my June wedding. I wanted a casual theme and LOVE LOVE it. However I really want to wear a tiny veil NOT a birdcage veil. BUT the color of the dress is SO creamy all the veils I try are too white for it. I AM wearing a flower for the reception also BUT have my heart set on a tiny veil for the ceremony to make it feel more "bridal". Any suggestions?? Thanks for this post by the way!
P.S. - The rehersal girl's look SO much creamier than the other girls. Is it the pictures or are the dresses different?

It is flirty and fun with a touch of elegance!
My dress was the same color as the others - it just photographed creamy in the dark church. For comparison, my husband's suit was stark white cotton.

Have you considered having your veil custom made? They could match the tulle to your dress then.
I think that is the route I will have to go. I am meeting with a lady next Sunday and I will see what she says. I can't decide between these 2 lengths

I love this dress, but the price tag makes buying it a little hard to swallow.
deviledegg, the dress shows up pretty regularly on eBay and the weddingbee classifieds, usually for around $200.
I have been looking for this dress forever, placed bids on e-bay and can't seem to win the auction. I am getting married in May 2009. If anyone has a size 4 or 6 they would be willing to sell me......I will purchase from you!!!

sxmstar, have you considered ordering it from Nordstrom, then selling it after your wedding to recoup some of the cost? That's what I'm planning to do.
BTW - Ali, I'm thinking I want to add a little more fullness to the skirt. Have you talked with a seamstress about doing this for you? Would it work with that dress or be hard to add??
ha, funny that you ask kristink, 'cause I posted earlier on these boards about finding a crinoline for under this dress, since I also would like a little more fullness. I haven't talked to my seamstress about it yet, but I do plan to have her add some extra tulle, both for fullness and a little more length. I don't see why it would be a problem, but then again, I'm not much of a seamstress :)
Same. All the pettycoats I found are too full. I bet they can do something for us. haha...hopefully!
Ali-o.....I have thought about purchasing and reselling, however my budget is really tight, so $400 is too much for me at this time...

sxmstar- Why not try to find someone around the weddingbee community thats the same size and share the dress/cost. That way you can split the costs. Budget brides are always looking to help each other out.
I am looking for this dress in a size 6 or 8, is anyone interested in selling this dress? I am still a student and cannot afford to buy it new so I am hoping to find a used dress. I fell in love with this dress and moment I saw it and would love to wear it to my wedding rehearsal. Any help and or tips would be appreciated.

I Just ordered this dress in a 6 and I can't wait to see it in person! I'll be selling it after my wedding in June if any one is interested. I'll try to take my photo in it when it arrives later this week. 
This dress is fabulous and I wish I had gotten one for my shower or rehearsal...I really think it is much better looking on a real person, not a starving model.
I'm a little late in the game, but I fell in love with this dress when a friend wore it for her wedding. I'm now looking for it in a size 4 (or even a 6 could be fitted down) for my reception when we come back from our wedding/honeymoon in Jamaica!
Does anyone have a 4 or 6, or know where I can find one at this point? I think Nordstroms has been sold out for months, and I've been looking on ebay for a while now. I just discovered this website when I googled the dress!
