@futureluckymrs:  I did a shutterfly book…..ordering it this week.

I have the box for the card box but I just haven’t made it yet. I bought a box from Big Lots and I will be using spray adhesive and covering it with gray fabric, then putting a white or purple flower and/or a draping a white fabric/ribbon along the sides.

We did a wine guestbook. Our florist had this mirrored cube thing that she uses as a card box. I don’t have a picture of it though.

We are going with a traditional guestbook mostly because we would have no where to put a more creative option after the wedding (and need a lot of signing room for a fairly big wedding).  We already have so much decor that I love, and I wouldn’t really want some guestbook decor hanging up in my place for more than a year after the wedding.  I don’t have a picture of our cardbox, but we bought a big dark wooden chest that we are going to make a hole in for cards.  It is really rustic looking, and definitely matches our venue (which is entirely wood and super rustic looking).

The white M was our guest book. People signed it, then we sprayed it with a clear coat to seal it and it is hanging above our bed at our home now. The black bird cage in the background was the card box 🙂

Okay, I’d prefer not to post mine for privacy reasons, but we used this etsy seller:

https://www.etsy.com/shop/peachwik?ref=l2-shop-info-name

He does custom poster-sized graphics of all different kinds of things- such as, each guest signing a tree branch.

Our is slightly different, but I LOVE it. It’s going to be wonderful to hang in our new place after the wedding as it displays like a posterboard.

@futureluckymrs:  Card box I’m doing myself. It’ll almost look like a two-tiered square cake wrapped in fabric. I really should get on that… And the guest book is going to be a giant monogram letter for our(!) last name.

@futureluckymrs:  This is what we did as a guestbook and I absolutely love it with everyone’s signitures/WOA on it.  We didn’t wanna do a traditional guestbook because we have no where to place it so it would just collect dust in a closet.  We plan on hanging it up in our living room with some of our wedding pictures. That way its all on display =)

Cardbox, I didn’t finish the one I was making for our wedding. I had to many projects left at the end. lol. But my venue offered me one way back when I signed the contract at no extra cost. So we used theirs. It was a 3 tier, silver and rhinestone cardbox.  It said Mr and Mrs on it.

We did the wine bottle thing, too.  Our guests seemed to really like it. 🙂

Our “Card Box” was a doll house my uncle made, with a slit in the top where people could drop their cards inside. 🙂
