My fingers are too big to participate here but I just wanted to say all your rings are gorgeous and I’m so jealous of your small feminine fingers!

My ring size is 3.5 as well. I have a 0.47 center stone. I found that I really loved the marquise cut on thin fingers.

I’m a size 3.75 but currently wearing a size 4. I do not like my ring to be too tight.

My ring is 1.631 carat H&A. IMO, I think its not too big even when my friends tell me it looks huge on my tiny fingers. People usually think its a 2 carat. I actually love the size and I think its perfect for me. Just don’t go over 2 carats or else its gonna be too big.

My ring is a size 4..although I was sized by a jeweler as 3.5..I needed the extra room for swelling.  My center diamond is .83 carats 2.20 tcw..the width of my ring is 9mm.

I’m a size 4.5 but my ring is sized at a 5 because I swell and I have 2 bands. My center stone is .52 and the remainder of my ring, including bands are 1.53.

TripleNickle:  I always found this chart useful for gauging coverage based on your ring size.

Let’s say you found a picture and liked the coverage of a 1 carat ring on a size 6 finger.  Based on the chart, that particular combination has a 39% coverage.  You find your ring size (let’s round up to size 4 since you’re a 3.5) and find that percentage in that column.

So to get the same finger coveage as a 1 carat on a size 6 finger, you should get a .75ct for your size 4.  FYI – this is based on round brilliant cuts.

Does that make sense?  I hope this helps!

TripleNickle:

I am a size 5, and this was before the ring was sized down from a size 7!

It’s a 1 carat center diamond, and 2.1 tcw.

This is a James Allen pave cathedral in a size 4. It’s just a little bit big for me, so I might be more like a size 3.75. My diamond is 1.02 ct! 😀 LOVE THIS BEAUTY!!! <3

Here is a little over 2c on a 3.75 ring size.

Small fingers are so great!  My finger size is 3.25, and my hexagon halo has a 1.55ct center stone. It seems to photograph larger than it appears in real life, so I echo the bee who recommended trying on different carat sizes in person.
