I made a pumpkin pie a few days ago that we finally dug into today. I should’ve taken a picture beforehand!

FI is the real cook though. Today he did some prep for the side dishes, including green bean casserole, sweet potatoes, stuffing, so that tomorrow the cooking will go more smoothly.

MUAbride2be:  That looks really delicious. I am baking some pineapple empanadas tomorrow. I started making the preparations today, but I’ll bake it tomorrow. Hopefully they come up good.

We actually had thanksgiving today instead of tomorrow since the husband works tomorrow [he gets double time & a half on holidays, so well worth it!].

I love to bake! I made chocolate chip pumpkin bread and mini banana cheesecakes with a nilla wafer crust with homemade whipped cream! YUM!

I’m Canadian so it’s not my Thanksgiving, but I made this last night anyways. Nutella pretzel brownie. I would highly recommend it!

Here are the Mexican pineapple empanadas I made. I didn’t have extra butter, so they look a little pale, but they are yummy nonetheless!!
