I made ours using two vintage spools (from my Granny’s sewing stash), a dowel, some twine, and some cardstock. The bride and groom were part of a cupcake decoration set my friend’s mom gifted me at my shower. All in all, it was super simple to make and you could easily find something similar on Etsy.

I had originally made a clay shark and otter but couldn’t decide on a base (so I ended up using them as extra decoration on the table). There are about a million Etsy sellers making these. Some of them are quite awesome at it too.

This is our cake topper I ordered off etsy but with our last name obviously lol I ordered it in brown. When the wedding is done you can take the stakes off it and display it in your home!

annastasia.zink:  We are using this one too.  Only the version with a heart instead of a &.  It’s on it’s way to us right now.  I’m excited to see it.

I saw this one on Pinterest and I had to have it! It looks white in the picture, but it’s silver. I bought it from CreativeStamps on Etsy, and I love it!

Jw1724:  This is the one we’re planning to use! It’s so sweet, and we can use it as decor afterward!
