I'm also having an outdoor garden ceremony and will be wearing a cathedral veil. It has crystals and white silk petals scattered over it. However, my wedding is going to be black-tie optional. Sorry I don't have any photos of it.
A cathedral veil may be a bit too formal for your's since it's semiformal and rustic country, but it's your wedding, so completely up to you!

Mine was borrowed from a friend, but was handmade and handstitched You can see the detailing at the bottom of the veil

A good family friend made an exact replica of the one in the picture...for free!
Im wearing a 1 tier cathedral veil as well. Im having an outdoor garden wedding. My dress is a chapel train but I like for the veil to be a little longer than the dress! Im waiting till my dress comes in at the end of this month so I know what color veil I need to get. It's just going to be a plain veil (no lace or crystals) because my dress has so much detail in it, I dont want the veil competing with the dress.

Hi Girls!
I'm debating whether or not I want a catherdral lenghth veil with my dress. I'm having a semi-formal yet elegant rustic country wedding...(if that makes sense), getting married outside in a garden. Do you think a cathedral lenght veil is too formal?
Can you girls show me how you wore your cathedral length veil pretty please?
My dress is the Enzoani Blue - Auburn.
Thanks in advance ladies!
